With human overpopulation being real and serious<\/a><\/span> we need to ensure that couples are not creating more than two children, and to adopt if they want to raise more. But what is the best way to ensure extra children are not born, how to keep unwanted pregnancies from happening, and what about those who simply are not ready to be parents?

In today’s society it seem like death is the ultimate answer for everything. A country make you mad, go to war. A non-human animal is acting up, shoot them. Your neighbor doesn’t pick up his dog’s feces from your yard, bash his head in with a shovel (this happened in the town where I lived not long ago…). And now if you have a pregnancy you don’t want, killing the baby via abortion is being pressured onto women as the only solution. But what exactly is abortion and why should it be avoided? And what are the other options?

There are several abortion methods to remove an unborn baby. Mifepristone is when chemicals are used to kill a baby up to 9 weeks into development. Vacuuming out fetuses is also common to up to 12 weeks. Surgical procedures during the second and even third trimester are performed, but not as often as using silicone, vacuuming, or removing pieces of a baby by reaching special plier-like tools up the vagina and pulling out whatever they grab. There are other abortion procedures that can be used at an abortion clinic, or even mixing home remedies to dispel a fetus. Regardless of how a fetus is killed, the risk of injury to the mother is always high. Whether her body reacting to chemicals, severe inner bleeding, shock, or a fetus not being fully removed from her body. Here is a video of several abortions.<\/a><\/span>

But the real issue with abortion is the fact it is the deliberate termination of an unborn baby. Scientists have found that very early embryos have adult nerves showing they can feel pain, at 18 days the heart begins to beat, brainwaves are detected at 42 days, 52 days there are hiccups and yawns, 8 weeks all the organs are fully developed, 9 weeks there are finger prints, 10 weeks it’s confirmed pain can be felt, and at 12 weeks smiling is common. Twins have been seen holding hands and even fighting while in the womb, and fetuses from very early react to their mother’s voices, have sleep patterns, react to light, and build a connection to their mothers. Abortion really is killing someone who has yet to be born. While pain may not be felt in the first few days of development, what right does anyone have to decide on the fate of someone’s life? We were all once fetuses. Did our lives not matter when we were still inside of our mothers? A baby may be inside of their mother, but it’s still their own developing body and life. Why should anyone take that for them? Just as we have no right to kill non-human animals for selfish desires, we have no right to kill someone simply because they are unwanted.

And for all those claiming abortion is “for women,” abortion was originally founded by MEN. These men who started abortion clinics paid suffrage leaders to claim that abortion was “breaking the patriarchy” and “a woman’s right.” Many suffrage leaders, such as Susan B Anthony<\/a><\/span>, hated abortion and fought against it knowing it only takes their rights away<\/a><\/span>.

So how to avoid unwanted pregnancies? Many people may not want a child because they are financially unable to support one, they have genetic issues, they’re too busy to raise a child, they already have a couple and don’t want more, or they simply don’t want children. All good reasons to not procreate. And the answer to not having unwanted pregnancies is birth control.

There are several types of birth control, from hormonal, pull out, abstinence, or outercourse. The exact science for hormonal is explained very well here<\/a><\/span>. Hormonal birth control can be taken via pills, capsules inserted in the arm, or IUDs. Other methods if hormonal birth control is not optional is pull out (which isn’t always effective), condoms, or outercourse such as handjobs, oral, dry humping, etc. While all birth control options do have a VERY small chance of failing, the 100% method is abstinence. Other options are getting your tubes tied, hysterectomy, or a vasectomy. And right now this interesting concept of “switching off” a man’s sperm is being worked on: [link]<\/a>

Birth control doesn’t “kill” anyone. It simply prevents<\/em> an embryo from ever forming by either tricking the female body to not ovulate or by never allowing sperm to get into the woman’s body in the first place. You can’t kill what was never formed. So, no, birth control is not “against” God, nor any religion. In fact, no religious texts ever mentions birth control. Sex ed in schools needs to be taught better for it is only telling children to simply abstain and nothing about birth control options, or how to control their changing bodies\/urges. It’s natural to feel such emotions (unless you’re asexual and therefore don’t have them), so let’s better educate our children on what to expect, how to control themselves, how to protect themselves, and how to treat their partners during the act.

There is no need to abort a baby. When birth control is used by both parties engaging in intercourse, a pregnancy won’t happen. And if something goes wrong and it does, adoption is a better option than abortion. A woman who does not use birth control and has unprotected sex knowing full well she could get pregnant, but does so anyway knowing she won’t be able to acre for or want the baby is simply selfish and very uneducated. And men who have sex with a woman without protection know full well that she could be getting pregnant. There isn’t an excuse when you go into sex knowing the risks without using protection. Not to mention protection against STDs should also be carried out. And if pregnancy could kill a woman due to a medical condition, she should get her tubes tied, or have her male partner get a vasectomy. Taking such a risk as to not be protected when you know you could die is beyond irresponsible. Be responsible and use protection. Birth control is good.

What about rape? The main issue with rape is that rapists are not being punished enough, if at all, for raping, and the victims are the ones who suffer, whether from being beaten or shunned. And parents need to raise their children and teach them why rape must be avoided to try and keep them from turning down that path. Urges may be strong, but other options should be sought after rather than raping a living being. But for women who do get pregnant from rape, the statistics of abortion show only about 1% of rape victims actually have abortions. And the idea that a woman would look at their child and see only their rapist is unfounded. Many rape victims kept their children and loved them, cared for them, and are glad they kept them. For those who truly don’t want or are unable to care for their children, adoption should be sought after. Any baby can be left in front of a fire station and no questions asked. It’s not the baby’s fault a woman was raped, so why must they be punished for their father’s actions?

Another thing I will touch on is the idea that having children will be “putting them in the system,” as pro-aborts call it. Since when is living so bad? Yes, some people have a hard time, make mistakes, but everyone does. Life isn’t perfect and denying someone their chance to try and make it in the world is simply not our right. Many have gone from nothing to something. Saying a child shouldn’t live because of a chance of them not becoming rich and famous is beyond ridiculous. And to deny a child life because of a disability is also cruel. There are many disabled people in the world that have physical or mental disabilities. And they smile and are happy. Instead of killing them off for being different, let’s give them a chance, help find a cure, and instead have couples test their genetics before breeding to see the risk factor of genetic diseases. “Advocating for abortion for unborn children with various diseases and disabilities in order to ‘spare them a life of suffering’ suggests that one must be perfect in mind and body in order to have a fulfilling life, which sends a message to those of us poor fools living with disabilities outside the womb that you do not think that our lives are worth living.” – Chelsea Zimmerman.

And let’s face it: What is scarier than knowing that your own parents killed your sibling(s) simply because they were unwanted and how close you came to that same fate.

The only time an abortion should ever be performed is if the mother will die, thus killing both the baby and mother. But soon we may have the technology to save both: [link]<\/a>

The best way to also promote the end of abortion is for people to adopt. Not only is human overpopulation real, but there are over 30 million homeless children in the world. If an unwanted pregnancy had the guarantee of being adopted, that would push more people to do so. And the living children need loving homes more than a child that has never been conceived.

Raising a child is very difficult at times. You need to be financially stable, mentally prepared, and in a safe environment. Sadly, many see children as something you “have to have,” or that “God wants us breeding,” or “our lives are meaningless unless we breed.” No, children are a PRIVILEGE, not a right. People should be tested to ensure they aren’t abusive, insane, or drug addicts before being allowed to procreate. There are many people who should never have children, but sadly are procreating and abusing them. Child abuse is very real. Sadly, children are still seen as property rather than living beings so are beaten, yelled at, and often ignored. Hitting a child in any form, whether discipline or not, has tremendous psychological effects on them throughout their entire life. Yelling, name calling, and emotional abuse is no different. Children react differently to physical and emotional abuse and it sticks to them their entire life.

Children learn differently from adults. Beating, yelling, and punishing without thought only destroys a child. They don’t know any better. They don’t know much of anything. They come out knowing nothing but the voice of their mother and basic instincts. Parents need to explain to them why certain behaviors and actions are wrong and must be avoided. Not talking to them and beating them for it isn’t growing or educating a child. It simply teaches them to be fearful, scared of exploring, and that being a bully is better than being nice. While some people say things like, “I came out alright,” the reality is you didn’t. If you think abusing someone, being aggressive, and shrugging such actions off as “normal,” you really are not “alright.” Expecting parents who are unsure how to speak to and educate their child need to seek out the help of child psychiatrists to learn more about the child mindset. Just as you never hit a dog or any other non-human animal because of the distrust and fear it causes, children are the same way. In fact, a toddler learns the exact same way as canines do, and why using clickers actually helps them learn quicker. Positive reinforcement has far better outcomes on children, adults, and other animal species than negative reinforcement ever has.

Hitting a child, threatening them, shouting at them, and treating them like property is abuse. They simply are not punching bags. They need to be nurtured and talked to to ensure they grow up learning rather than fearing. Just as you grow a tree with water, soil, and sunlight, but never cut down its branches or kick it over, a child needs that same love and nurturing. And while sometimes discipline may be required, there are non-abusive methods that do not contain pain or emotional distress.

Now, children are must be taught about the changes in their bodies. Educating them on sex and birth control is important, and so is explaining to them the changes their bodies will be making. While sexual orientation is determined during the second trimester, their sexual desires will differ depending on sexual orientation, but they still need to be explained what these changes will be. Never telling them leaves them with urges they may not know what to do about, and not having been taught about birth control can lead to teen pregnancies. Masturbation isn’t a sin, nor goes against religion. Non-human animals from several species even do it. It is better for a teen to quench their curiosity and urges with masturbation then possibly having sex with another person, getting an STD, or becoming a teen parent. Not every teen will want to masturbate or have such strong urges to seek out sexual pleasure, but for those who do, don’t make masturbation seem like a terrible sin that will end up killing them. For many, it’s a one time thing just done out of curiosity and not repeated for years if ever. And even if they do do it often, it’s better than running around getting pregnant or hurt by someone.

We must also teach children to not harm others. Specieism is the first form of hatred children are taught, which is teaching them that same species are friends, some are “food<\/a><\/span>,” and some are exploited in other ways. No animal is for us to use. And no human regardless of race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation is beneath the other. We are all equal. “Teaching a child not to step on a caterpillar is as important to the child as it is to the caterpillar.”

Children are not<\/strong><\/em> something you “have” to have, they are not meant to be your caregivers when you age, and they are not to be exploited to take advantage of welfare checks. If you have children it’s out of love and wanting to raise someone to be a good person who will make a difference in the world. Not<\/em><\/strong> a slave to care for you when you age. That’s what nursing homes are for if you make it to such a age. And even then many elderly manage to live on their own until they pass away. If you live a healthy life you will make it there. No deity wants you to procreate. Yes, procreating is required to keep a species going, but with human overpopulation very real, it’s not a “need” to have everyone breeding, or having more than two biological children. Furthermore, saying you will “have as many children as God intends for you to have” is simply… bullshit. God is <i>not<\/i> sitting there controlling every pregnancy of trillions of living beings, just as He is not sitting there manually controlling the Earth orbiting around the sun. God created science and set that science in motion to take care of the universe and basic biology as He handles more important things. If you don’t use birth control because you’re so irresponsible, you will get pregnant continuously until you either die or hit menopause. It’s simply science. And depending on how often you do it and everything going on with your body you will be having a baby every 9 months or maybe a few years in between. But regardless, you will be having children because that’s science, not God. God created science, and now we are at the mercy of science when reproducing. And if you keep having children it does harm the female reproduction systems, and can even cause mental disabilities.

Children are NOT<\/em><\/strong> copies of you so do not try to make them. They are their own person with their own desires, beliefs, and personality. As long as they are not harming anyone, no parent has any right to force them to do things against their will. A child will be their own person, so let them be. If you only want to make copies of yourself to spread your beliefs, then you don’t care for the children, only yourself. Kids are not to make you a “good” person, either. You make yourself<\/em> a good person by how you treat others with your actions and words. A child won’t magically make you a good person. In fact, most people with children are not good people. Whether being completely terrible all the way through, or having some other problem with them. Look at yourself and change yourself. Don’t depend on a helpless child to do that for you.

You don’t need to have children to know how to raise or care for them. Some people have more experience and knowledge about children than most parents. Take advice from other people, even if they are not a biological parent. And even if the people caring for children are a gay couple, doesn’t mean they are “unfit” to raise children. As long as they raise children with love, care for them, see to it that they are well educated, and do their best as parents, anyone can be a parent. Most abusive parents are heterosexual couples, so what makes them better than non-abusive homosexual couples?

When it comes for schooling children, homeschooling should only be done if the child wishes to be homeschooled. And only then if tutors or actual professional teachers teach. While most parents can teach kindergarten and early classes, once subjects began to raise in difficulty, not two parents can teach all of that. No parent is an expert on math, science, literature, history, etc. Professionals should still come in the teach. While online classes are wonderful, tutors must come over to ensure no abuse is going on. Sadly, most homeschoolers are not educated properly, if at all, and is often done to hide abuse and\/or brainwash children. Homeschooling can be done properly if actual educators visit to properly teach the children and ensure no harm is coming to them. But, without this it doesn’t guarantee the children will learn or be taken care of properly.

Children should never be forced to eat food they don’t like. Sometimes they really do not like the taste of something. There is even a genetic “disorder” where someone simply cannot stand the taste of certain foods. It can make them gag if they try it. Broccoli and cilantro are common foods to have this genetic “disorder.” While kids can be picky, taste buds change over time. So anything they do not like currently they may love in a few years. Having children help make their meals makes them more willing to eat it since they feel proud of it. A child may not like everything you do, but that’s okay. Everyone’s taste preferences are different, and it’s better to make meals everyone can agree on than force food down a  child’s throat, stressing them out and yourself, and being abusive about it.

Regarding food for children, I will add this: Humans naturally should be breastfeeding until the age of 2-3 years. It’s a gradual weaning process, and toddlers benefit from nursing. Sadly, society has rushed breastfeeding to end far too soon with the thought that breastfeeding in public is “disgusting” or “sexual.” This shaming has caused cultures such as American and European to rush their babies to be weaned quickly. There is nothing wrong with breastfeeding, it’s best to breastfeed your toddlers, and nothing about a female mammary glands is sexual. They’re purpose is to feed the female animal’s young. Nothing more. (But if you make it sexual, don’t harass breastfeeding women. Keep the sexual acts away from the baby feeding.)

One last thing I will touch on is hymens and circumcision. Hymens have often been thought of as a skin that covers the vagina when in reality it actually goes around it. Sometimes it can tear during sex, sometimes not, sometimes from non-sexual acts. But it does not determine virginity or lack of it. Sadly, many women are mistreated if their hymen is found broken believing they are “unclean” even if they never had sex. As for circumcision, it was originally done to help keep the penis clean and make STDs less likely to happen. But due to soap and modern hygiene there is no longer a need to circumcise baby boys. While some medical issues may arise in later years, a baby shouldn’t have their penis mutilated. It does hurt, it’s not necessary, and it actually removes sensitivity for sexual pleasures. While no as common, female circumcision does sadly still exist throughout the world, from culture practices to cultists trying to keep daughters from masturbating. Female circumcision involves cutting the clitoris off, and sometimes part of or all of the labia. It hurts and also removes sexual pleasure. Circumcision simply is not necessary unless a medical issue arises.
