Taking My Stalker to Court

August 2025

On August 6th I had my first hearing with my lawyer and a judge at the jail where they do stalking cases (Georgia law apparently handles stalking and domestic violence cases in court rooms within jails instead of the courthouse itself). The judge was presented with evidence and the backstory and agreed the situation is serious so allowed my petition.

The sheriff’s office was given the petition to serve my stalker that very day, but they didn’t catch him at his house. When I finally got back to my place the next day, on August 7th, I received a phone call from a sheriff saying my stalker was served.

The document is a legal document requiring my stalker to appear at court. Failing to do so can lead to a warrant for an arrest, a fine, etc. Whatever a judge decides the punishment shall be. Also, it usually means an immediate win for the party that did show up. Plus he would be facing a felony charge and up to 10 years in jail if he loses the case so that’s fun. XD

So, on August 27th at the Gwinnett county jail my stalker is required to be at the courtroom for the case. It is early in the morning which I hate, but at least it’s finally happening after months of preparation and years of stalking!

Again, I can’t go into too many details, but just letting you all know that there is a court date set, everyone who must be there has been served, and there will be no more hiding behind computer screens.

March 2025

Just leaving another update. As usual, I won’t go into details, but basically the following is done:

– Evidence organized by lawyer
– Documents from Homeland Security secured, proving who my stalker is and his ownership of all reported accounts I gave them at the time (Twitter, Facebook, Emails, etc.)
– Connections between accounts established
– More info on the stalker collected
– Police reports collected

Basically just a lot of boring paperwork stuff that takes time to organize and waiting for documents to be sent to me. It takes so long to get stuff from DHS, police, etc. Ugh…

But it’s looking very good! Hopefully everything is done this month… It’s so much stuff it’s taking longer than I thought it would. But my hope is this is all over before summer! I can’t wait to be able to focus on my campaigns, writing stories, drawing, and saving more kitties! I want to forget about this nightmare and move on so badly….

January 2025

Letting you all know I got the money for the retainer for the lawyer! She has been paid. She has been going through the evidence and the special agent from Homeland Security has been contacted. We are preparing documents for the lawyer.

I will update when I know more, but hopefully there will be a date for the case soon! I can’t share all details for legal reasons (and safety reasons) so I apologize if I am very vague. I just you all to know why I haven’t been as active lately!

December 2024

I have a lawyer, so now I’m raising money to take my stalker to court and finally end this nightmare. I will share updates here and in the fundraiser.
